Data controller

Data we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, selected analysis type, optional fill-volume note, and message content
  • Communications: emails or call notes related to scoping and delivery
  • Engagement materials: trade exports, wallet lists, and related files you voluntarily provide
  • Technical: essential cookie preferences and basic server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) needed to operate the site

We do not ask for private keys, seed phrases, or full account passwords. Do not send them.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver tax-lot performance analysis and related services, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations in the Republic of Korea.

Depending on context: performance of a contract or pre-contract steps; legitimate interests in operating a professional practice; consent where required for non-essential cookies; and legal compliance.

Retention

Inquiry messages without an engagement are typically retained up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping rules and the engagement letter, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email) under confidentiality obligations, with professional advisers when required, or when law demands disclosure.

International transfers

If tools or subprocessors store data outside Korea, we take steps appropriate under Korean privacy requirements and inform you in the engagement letter when material transfers apply to your files.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact contact@appanalytics.digital. You may also raise concerns with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) of Korea.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect exports and contact data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; limit files to what the engagement requires.

Children

Services are directed to adult traders and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
