By accessing appanalytics.digital or engaging App Analytics for tax-lot performance analysis or related lot work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
Pages describing analysis offerings, rates, and methods are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope or engagement letter. Website forms request contact; they do not create a contract by themselves.
No tax or legal advice
Findings memos and lot schedules support discussions with your licensed advisers. App Analytics does not provide legal advice, certified public accounting services, or tax filing unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text and design, belongs to App Analytics or its licensors. You may not copy substantive materials for commercial reuse without permission. Client data and exports you provide remain yours; we use them only to perform the engagement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content, or misrepresent your identity when requesting a review.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, App Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from reliance on informational pages. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter, and otherwise capped at fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to any dispute clause in a signed engagement letter.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
